Description of the job

The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) program is an international program sponsored by the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function.

The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France’s eligibility criteria.

VIE Main Requirements:

European Union citizens (plus Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein), graduates up to 28 years old
Have fulfilled military obligations for their country.
Negotiation level in English.

A VIE position for an MARKETING ANALYST M/F has arisen within Airbus America. You will join Airbus Customer Affairs department.

This 18 month's duration contract will start on Juin, 1st, 2020 at the earliest.

Tasks & accountabilities

More precisely, your activity consist of:

Missions and activities :

1. Specifically the main project would be to make Salesforce the common commercial tool bringing together the 3 commercial functions present in the BU: Sales, Marketing and Contracts. He/she will be the project leader and will ensure Salesforce is able to coordinate all commercial functions and collaboration inside the BU C & S community

2. Revise the BU Regional Presentation and Excel Dashboard and keep them regularly updated

3. Provide market analysis support to campaigns, conferences and events

Required skills

You will have the following skills and experience:

Work experience

Educated to a 5 year’s degree (or equivalent) in Procurement or a related discipline
Previous experience(s) of at least cumulated 52 weeks (internships and apprenticeships included) in a similar position is required (eligibility criteria for the Visa)
1st experience in airlines/aerospace industry/maintenance sector
Knowledge in Marketing management
Communication skills
Digital competencies
Sales Force: Extensive experience using and creating reports, dashboards etc.
Excel and Power Point
Open mind-set
Soft Skills: Proactive, autonomy, team spirit, willingness to explore and learn
Ability to work well with colleagues in a culturally and internationally diverse environment
Language : Negotiation level in English and Spanish
