Amundi is Europe’s top asset management company with 1.7 trillion USD assets under management. The Global Data Management (GDM) team is responsible for maintaining daily financial data and supplying it to the internal & external clients. Together with other GDM offices in Paris, Dublin and the US, the department ensures round-the-clock access to high-quality financial data.
Tokyo GDM plays a key role in the global process, capitalising on its eastern time zone to ensure financial data is properly integrated into our systems before European and US offices open. We manage all kinds of global financial data including equites, bonds, currencies, derivatives, indexes and portfolios.

Missions:

The financial data analyst will primarily be responsible for supplying high-quality financial data for our clients. In addition, the analyst will be responsible for handling inquiries from multiple teams from front to back offices across the world.

Responsibilities:

Regular monitoring of financial data integration

Monitor the integration process and perform quality control to ensure data accuracy.

Creation of financial data

Creation of financial instruments and benchmarks for portfolios. Data registration of Amundi’s portfolios characteristics.

Provide clients support

Communicate with colleagues around the world regarding data issues. In addition, communicate with external information vendors.

Data related project

Act as an intermediator between business and IT departments to implement data management system changes.

Expérience:

Experience or interest in programing languages (e.g. SQL, Python, VBA Macro)

Soft skills:

Excellent logical thinking skill and problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage projects

Tools:
Understanding of financial market(equities, bonds, derivatives, FX and indexes)

Language:
Business proficiency in English
