Poste et missions:

The Pre-Owned department is responsible of the remarketing of used vehicles coming from different channels (leasing contract (buy back) with Key Account, Retail campaigns, Trade IN, etc).
The sales of those units is managed by Market structures present in the majority of the Countries.
The Sales and Intercompany Flow central team has mainly the following responsibilities:

- Coordination of sales strategy around Europe through Sales Actions and Campaigns, Price List definition and monitoring
- Monitor the level of sales and stock to optimize the flow of vehicles from markets with higher stock availability to countries with less stock and higher demand.
- Develop new sales channels
- Keep the correct price positioning of Iveco Pre-owned vehicles in the market to support the new vehicles sales and their residual value.

- Monitoring and analysis of the European stock to proactively support the intercompany sales management
- Monitoring and analysis of Sales prices & volumes to support price list definition for the 3 ranges
- Deal analysis and collection of all the info to provide to management for enabling the decision making
- Contact and coordination with the market teams on specific projects (according to central needs, stock situation and market opportunities):

o Special projects with European/worldwide traders and specialist of our sector (Ritchie Bros, Bas Trucks, Autorola, etc).
o Key account ad hoc analysis
o Export activities out of Europe
- Support the preparation of quarterly sales campaigns and analysis of their economic impacts and results in coordination with Central Controls team
- AD Hoc projects and requests

Profil:

- Microsoft Office : Excel (good knowledge required) and Power Point. Acces would be a plus.
- Analytical skill
- Italian and English required. Other languages are a plus (Spanish, French &/or German)
- Result-oriented
- Proactivity and curiosity and flexibility to adapt to an environment changing very fast
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and team working skills to work with internal department and potentially also with customers
