Our entity in Ivory Coast is looking for a Cost Controller in order to support the Finance & Administration Team in Abidjan.

Main Responsibilities:

The cost controller will be in charge of :

Take part in the closing and forecast/budget process:
Prepare the files needed during closing and forecast/budget process, make the consolidation for the area as well as the different analysis

Prepare the reporting files for the Head Office

Update the cash flow table at the end of each month, prepare the forecast for the coming months and make the appropriate analysis

Work closely with the finance team in Ghana

Make sure that the closing data keyed in HQ’s reporting tool Vector during closing process are correct. Budget/forecast data to be keyed in Vector during budget process

Other tasks may be added along the way

Profile required:

Educational background: Finance - Business & Administration
Previous experience : In Costs control or Finance
Skills: Microsoft Office, experience with ERP system
Languages:French and English

Length of the assignment: 24 months or 12+12
Location:Abidjan, Ivory Coast
