Who are we?👨‍👩‍👧‍👦
We are a rapidly growing vacation rental company based in London venturing also in property acquisition, development, and management. We are currently looking for a skilled intern to join our Reception Desk as Front Desk and Guest Relations Assistant to build and maintain relationships with our customers. You will provide customers with the highest quality customer service while resolving problems and inquiries in an effective and timely way. They’re at the very heart of our business, which is where you’ll be, looking after them through thick and thin.

What will you do? ✍️
Guest relations: proactively communicating with guests via email, phone and in person to build productive partnerships and inspire trust and confidence.
Advise and assist guests on leisure activities, places to visit and travel arrangements.
Promote the facilities and services offered by City Relay to the guests such as transportation from the airport to the reception desk, mid stay extra cleaning etc.
Check-ins and check-outs: meet and greet the guests upon arrival and leave them on a good note upon departure.
Liaising with operations and housekeeping team members and coordinating the post-booking procedure to meet the standards.
Achieve the highest standards of attentive customer service.
Updating, confirming and making changes to guest’s reservations and advising guests of itinerary schedules.
Problem-solving: we love it when a plan comes together, but you can’t win them all. You’ll work with teams from across the business to find solutions when things go wrong.
Listen to guest’s complaints or concerns and resolve their issue promptly.

Requirements
What are we looking for?👉
A “people person” who will enjoy meeting and assisting guests
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Ability to stay calm and keep an above average sense of humour in stressful situations
Native/ Fluent English
Excellent communication, guest service, and time management skills
Able to organise, plan and manage workload
Excellent London knowledge with being a plus
