The Chef, who was encouraged by his traditional training in Tokyo and time abroad in Peru, continues to bring the latest tendencies in Japanese-fusion cuisine to life with a wide menu of creative dishes and daring cocktails.

• Stipend: $15 / hour pre-tax – (paid overtime).
