F&BP Products Analyst

Job description

Job Purpose:

This role aims to responsible for the F&BP replenishment to all POS, product forecasts, Retail reports

Reporting directly to Fragrance & Beauty Products manager.

Key Responsibilities:

A – SUPPLY-CHAIN FROM THAILAND WAREHOUSE TO COUNTERS

To punctually & accurately place product & selling tools (SPMs) order to international team [SML].

1. Monthly Replenishment of Existing Products/SPMs

2. Monthly Counter Ordering of New Products & SPMs:

3. Testers and Sample Usage Monthly Tracking

4. Managing Counter Stock Level

5, Working with marketing/ Product manager on new forecast of assigned products

6. Validate Sell-through and sell-in submitted to Beaute Research Team.

7. Help Retail/Marketing Team to support on products related request e.g.  Provide list of products for each event to push out, provide new product OCD date communication to counters.

 

B - REPORTING

Ensure timeliness & accuracy of marketing & sales reporting:

·  Weekly Stock report
·  Product Report by Line  (monthly on the 5th)
·  Monthly Status Review of Pending Orders  (monthly on 4th – 6th )
·  Product Forecast Accuracy Review.   New  vs  Existing  (quarterly)
·  SPM Forecast Accuracy Review  (quarterly)
·  Unfulfilled order from warehouse to counters (Monthly)
·  Beaute Research Sell-through, Sell-in (Quarterly)
·  Monthly Report. (5th of every month)

 

Academic / Professional Qualifications 

·  Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
·  Mature and responsible.     Demonstrate open mindedness,  ability to listen,  high sense of curiosity to understand trends and needs, with good interpersonal skills
·  Have good business sense.  Highly analytical while paying great attention to detail and accuracy
·  Communication / Language : strong verbal and written communication skills including facilitation and presentation
·  Numerical skills: ease with numbers making control and analysis of numerical data effective
