About The Job

We are looking for a recent graduate who is excited by the world of CRM and keen to learn more to join us in a full time position on a 1 year fixed term contract, ideally starting January 2021. You will play a fundamental role in communicating between the UK Region and our Email Agency. Building strong and valuable relationships is key. The CRM intern will be part of an exciting and fast-growing team to drive the growth of CRM at Chanel.

What You'll Do

The role is focusing on all markets in the Region, including UK, Ireland, South Africa, Canada, Mexico and Latin America, coordinating and managing market activities such as:

·  Facilitating with the CRM strategy & planning implementation
·  Working very closely with the CRM Executive & Manager on the implementation of the UK region yearly plans
·  Produce overview of all assets available to be shared with the UK region
·  Support the CRM Manager on various projects

·  CRM coordination
·  Consolidating the UK region emailing planning
·  Brief the emailing agency including preparing the briefs, sending over the creative and ensuring test emails are fully tested for all links & signed off in a timely manner
·  Coordinating and briefing in all assets with web designer for each campaign
·  Benchmark competitors’ and retailers’ emails
·  Deliver monthly reports on performance
·  Maintain strong relationships with UK region counterparts & assist on regular meetings
·  Support team by preparing presentations, calendar meeting management and assisting on global reporting requests
·  Working closely with the Ecom team and monitoring stock levels to ensure campaigns run smoothly
·  Maintaining calendars and processes such as 3 division calendar and weekly tracker

·  Offline CRM
·  Assist with offline CRM projects for mailer production, dispatch
·  Analyse results and provide reports

·  Business Intelligence / CRM Analysis
·  Participate in production of monthly report of regional database overview and evolutions

·  Market Research
·  Lead a regular competitive review on CRM trends in UK & other markets in the region
