Position Description
Seeking a Senior Test Engineer to support Information Technologies (IT) initiatives in healthcare and federal grants arena. The initiatives include Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services to enable organizations to operate and maintain enterprise systems in response to various legislative, policy, management, and technology changes. The outcomes enable the organization to strengthen its program management and operations in support of its mission to improve and achieve health equity.

Your future duties and responsibilities
The Training Lead provides leadership and management for training tasks to effectively develop, coordinate and present training and development programs. The Training Leads prepares training documents and services that are required to support training requirements in compliance with training policies. Specific duties and responsibilities include:
• Conducts the research necessary to revise existing training courses and materials such as documents and videos in collaboration with the client and other vendor training teams.
• Prepares the updates appropriate training catalogs, both written and online.
• Develops, reviews, and updates instructor materials when needed.
• Develops, reviews, and updates student materials.
• Trains personnel by conducting formal classroom courses, workshops, seminars, and / or computer based / computer-aided training.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• Must have experience using Confluence, Jira and conducting classroom / remote training.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Demonstrated, hands-on experience with one or more of the following:
• Desired skill include ability to author and edit technical documents, develop 508 compliant electronic deliverables, uses of software such as Vyond and Captivate
Knowledge of:
• Source control Integration
• Section 508 Compliance standards
• Information Security Policies, Network Security, Process Improvement, Project Management, Contingency Testing, and Vulnerability Testing
