Sorting Clerk for EOIR/BIA in Falls Church VA

Position Description
CGI Federal is seeking a Sorting Clerk to assist with the Executive Office of Immigration Reform, Board of Immigration Appeals office located in Falls Church, VA.

Your future duties and responsibilities
Duties may include filing, copying, sorting and various clerical duties as assigned.

Performs a combinations of clerical tasks to support office, business, or administrative operations, such as maintaining records, receiving, preparing or verifying documents, searching for and compiling information and data; responding to routine request with standard answers by phone, in person, or by correspondence. Follows detailed procedures in performing simple repetitive tasks in the same sequence, such as filing pre-coded documents in a chronological file or operating office equipment, etc.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Ability to successfully complete the CGI Background Investigation to include; 50 state criminal, education and employment. Successfully complete a credit and/or driving records checks may be conducted if required by the contract for continued employment.
Must possess a High School diploma or equivalent
Must have 2-5 years related experience
Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance
