Mainframe Developer (Mid-Level)

Position Description
CGI Federal is looking for a Mainframe Developer with Data Engineering skills to support one of our Health IT projects within our Health and Compliance Business Unit. This is a full time position based at our Woodlawn, MD office.

Your future duties and responsibilities
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• Must be a good communicator, with strong writing and verbal skills
• Experience working with Agile methodologies
• Ability to work with and understand DB2 Stored Procedures and Cobol Programs
• Must have at least 3 years of experience.
• Skills needed include COBOL, SQL, DB2, JCL, TSO, and ISPF in an Agile environment.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Desired Qualifications
• Knowledge of the CMS healthcare environment is a definite plus.
• Experience using JIRA and Confluence
• Working knowledge of MySql a plus
• Familiarity with AWS a plus
