Responsabilities

Activities
Manage tickets
* Ensures receipt of ePROC, Master Data and BW tickets in the FCB SLA from the generic email boxes (no phone support) to the OTRS ticketing tool
* Analyzes the tickets according to the priorities in agreement with the SLA of the contract
* Performs any new categorization required on a ticket
* Know how to define if the request is in the perimeter and redirect the users to the right service in case of request out of scope
* Applies the solutions communicated by the customer and / or the point of contact for processing the ticket
* Alerts the point of contact in case of difficulty on a ticket
* Alert the client if necessary
* Informs users about the progress of their tickets
* Ensures the follow-up of its backlog with an efficient re-reading (taking into account user feedback, user retries, justified Pending status ...)
* Towards the Focal Point customer / functional expert: on its daily activity, on the follow-up of the processing of the requests
Sharing knowledge
* Update procedures if necessary
* Capitalize in the knowledge base
* Train newcomers
