Enterprise Architect with strong exp in IBM BPM , SOA, Micro services, BigData, RPA , Dockers , Ope

Position Description
High Level Technical Skills

 13+ years experience with Enterprise-wide Architecture and core expertise in Integration, SOA and Microservices.

 Familiar with TOGAF or Zachman architecture frameworks and capability models.

 Experience with data modeling and information modeling.

 Solution delivery using ESB tools such as TIBCO, MuleSoft or Fuse.

 Hands-on experience with BPM tools such as IBM BPM, jBPM or Pega.

 Working knowledge or experience with Cache, BigData and RPA.

 Experience or good knowledge of cloud deployment infrastructure (ex. OpenShift, CloudFoundary etc.) and containers (Dockers).

 Experience with different methodologies such Agile, RAD and ability to lead analysis and design sessions.

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills with business facing experience.

 Working knowledge and experience with different architecture and design patterns & best practices.

 Have experience delivering PAD, Architecture diagrams, Best Practices, etc.

 Work and follow up with different teams and help them in on boarding/migration to the new architecture

Your future duties and responsibilities
Define solution architectures and high-level software designs by creating architectural models and the documentation required by the SDLC.

 Responsible for all aspects of the solution architecture (i.e. maintainability, scalability, effective integration with other solutions, usage of shared solutions and components where possible, optimization of the resource consumption, etc.) with the objective to drive the appropriate balance between business needs and total cost of ownership.

 Responsible for discovering, promoting and reusing reusable software components and SOA services.

 Undertake peer reviews, and have reviewed solution architectures and designs, taking into consideration specific business and technical constraints, requirements and dependencies.

 Ensures that architectures of solutions conform to the defined principles, blueprints, standards, patterns, etc., for solution architecture as well as for enterprise architecture.

 Carries out reviews of software designs and documentation within IT teams and business stakeholders.

 Assists the business in defining data requirements.

 Supports the implementation of processes and procedures that enhance the overall performance and productivity of Data Architecture.

 Ensure conformance to defined SDLC processes and reuse of shared enterprise assets where possible.

 Experience in working in accordance to defined SDLCs for waterfall, iterative and agile models of development.

 Experience and a track record of leading software development teams as Solution Architect.

 Experience in contributing to thought leadership in Solution Architecture practices and ability to lead design and development teams in defining, building and delivering industrial-strength software solutions.

 Proven ability to influence the strategic direction of IT solutions across one or more areas.

 Experience within the financial services industry is preferred.
