CGI Federal is actively seeking a Business Operations Support Analyst. That will support all activities of business operations team such as HR onboarding, project staff tracking & certification requirements, procurement functions, logistics & administrative items, documentation updates, deliverable support, etc.

Primary
1. Physical Security and Visitor Access Control
- Developing and maintaining a Visitor Control Register
- Developing and maintaining a Visitor Badge Control Process
- Conducting spot floor checks to identify non-badged & unescorted persons in the CGI Space
- Physical security Liaison to CGI Federal and PM ACWS
- Escorting visitors as required
- Develop, Implement, and Maintain the ACWS Physical Security SOP
- Develop, Implement, and Maintain the ACWS Emergency-Situation Procedures (Active Shooter, Evacuation in Fire, Medical Emergency in the CGI Space)
- Develop, Implement, and Maintain the ACWS inclement weather SOP
- Develop and Maintain the AWCS Emergency Contact Phone Roster
- Develop and Maintain up-to-date ACWS Organization Chart(s) and supporting materials.

1. Meeting Planning
- Coordinates and schedules meetings/conference calls/live meetings/catering arrangements, presentation preparations
- Arranging the All hands Meeting
- Tracking action items to develop Clients Monthly Performance Meeting

2. Administrative
- Supporting the staff by managing calendars, phone contacts, email contacts, and responding to requests for data and meetings
- Organize the details for travel arrangements
- Printing, Copying, Mailing parcels as required
- Ordering office supplies

3. Compliance
- Track CGI training of members
- MSAP, Evaluations
- Timesheet reporting monitoring

4. Collaboration Tools
- Confluence & Jira quality control administrator
- Creating and maintaining user permissions
- Creating new spaces
- Ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information on the site
- Assist in tracking project equipment ( computers, monitors, projectors, etc.)
- Preparing, reproducing, and organizing meeting materials and large documents for delivery to the client
- Create and maintain project deliverable templates
- Coordinate/order flowers/gifts for member life milestones
- Liaison between all teams to ensure proper communication and reporting practices.

5. Member Management
- Assist in the assimilation of new team members
- Onboarding
- Assist with badge/parking pass
- Coordinate assignment and turn-in of FM Assets (laptops, Mobile Devices)
- CGI setup for timesheets, travel, cell phone
- Off boarding
- Generate and maintain equipment tracking records.
- Work with Client facilities manager to procure space for new members
- Respond to the team general ad-hoc inquires
- Develop and maintain organization chart
- Take on special projects as needed

1. Member Engagement
- Planning and coordinating project activities and events
- Team Building Logistics and Administrative Support (potluck, ice cream social, team snacks)
2. Reporting
- Provide support in the development of weekly status reports, dashboards and other communications
- Assist with helped automate the Weekly Status Reports
- Client service level and status report development
3. Financial Administrative
- Monitor eProcurement invoices
