Position Description
The Business Analyst will be responsible for the managing the requirements throughout the software development lifecycle, including meeting with the customer to document the requirements and working with the development team to manage and prioritize the backlog of user stories.

Your future duties and responsibilities
• Provide Business analysis services for an existing Entellitrak Medicare Appeals system. Conduct requirements gathering and definition, as well as customer engagement. Maintain Product Backlog for additional Entellitrak functionality as required by the end users.
• Employs techniques and methodologies such as interviews, document analysis, surveys, site visits, and business process descriptions to analyze and define business and functional requirements.
• Documents findings in a format that ranges from use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and work flow analysis to be used by the technical team for frameworks and development of solutions.
• Understanding the current state of the client organization while at the same time, tracking to the vision of where a client organization wants to be (As is/to be)
• Knowledge and/or experience with web development, which may include Java, JavaScript, SQL, and other web technologies. Knowledge and/or experience in using Entellitrak, requirements definition and management systems and methodologies. Solid understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a cross functional project team.
• Has detailed knowledge and experience with Entellitrak.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE
Clearly identify the essential qualification vs the desired qualifications.
 3 - 5 years of experience (or more) as Business or Systems Analyst
 Experience with Entellitrak Case Management solution
 2+ years of experience in a business analyst role with Case Management software such as Entellitrak, Salesforce, Pega, or similar solution documenting software requirements and associated methodologies
 Strong understanding of the SDLC and Agile methodologies
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse customer group including, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
 Able to create swim-lane diagrams and other process documentation in visio
 Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously
 Must have ability to interact with the client and end users
 Bachelors Degree

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
 Entellitrak Certified Business Analyst
 Prior experience with Medicare Appeals or Healthcare AppealsClaims.
 Strong analytical skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements for Entellitrak development
 Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
