Position Description

Your future duties and responsibilities
o Works with Business and IT Stakeholders to develop Project Plan elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, business analysis and workflow analysis.

o Responsible for working with Business Stakeholders to test the business application to verify that all Business Stakeholder requirements are incorporated in the design and the application meets Business Stakeholder expectations.

• Stakeholder Management

o Works with Business Stakeholders and Program Manager to ensure IT programs and projects realize identified business value and outcomes.

o Works with Business Stakeholders and Program / Project Manager to build quality business cases for prospective projects, including value and ROI metrics.

o Participates in high level planning and budgeting exercises.

• Execution and Delivery

o Identifies and creates detailed business requirements and functional specifications to meet current and projected project needs.

o Contributes to Quality Assurance Plan, Test Strategy, User Acceptance Test Plan and Requirements Traceability matrix, Risk Profile Matrix, GXP Determination and Privacy Assessment.

o Contributes to the UAT process and meeting all SDLC and compliance requirements.

o Creates meaningful data attribute and entity definitions

o Documents screens, windows and reports for all levels of complexity.

o Collaborates with developers, subject matter experts, and test team to establish the technical vision for tradeoffs between usability, performance, and quality needs.

o Serves as the conduit between the Business Stakeholders and the software development team through which requirements flow.

o Defines models and interprets data within and between business activities and ensuring this maps into UAT test cases.

o Documents complex business processes using a combination of diagrams and explanations.

o Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes, and recommendations related to proposed solution.

o Assists in the preparation and delivery of presentations as needed.

o Prepares Quality Assurance Summary Report.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• Current background / experience with Business Analysis medium to large programs or projects within the Life Science industry

o Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

o Prior experience in Digital Marketing

• Technology Solution implementation background (System Development Lifecycle ((SDLC)) experience)

• Excellent technical writing, analytical thinking and problem solving, work organization, business analysis effort estimation; opportunity identification; assumption and constraint identification; transition support

• Proficient in MS Office Suite

• Proficient in MS Excel

Skill Set Years of Experience Proficiency Level

MS Office tools 5+ Strong

Visio/Business Process Mapping Tools 3+ Strong

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS/NON-ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED

• Innovative thinker with intellectual curiosity

• Working knowledge and experience in Agile Methodology
