POST ACQUISITION INTEGRATION PROJECT COORDINATOR

Ceva Animal Health is one of the fastest growing Animal Health Company (currently n°7 Animal Health lab worldwide, 2015 turnover of 857 million euros).
Ceva recently acquired an Brazilian Veterinary business. This marks Ceva’s reinforcement into this important global market. It has its own production facilities, R&D and laboratory facilities and currently employs 400 people.
As part of the post acquisition, we are looking for an integration project manager to support the General Manager in the transition.
The project manager will support the corporate teams and the local teams in making sure that processes are put in place in the different areas.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring the initial integration plan with milestones and timelines required to achieve deal specific value and synergies, to execution of the tactical on-boarding, to managing the cross-functional integration project.
- Monitoring the cross-functional integration team consisting of operational experts, business unit and functional representatives, and newly acquired employees
- Identify operational and integration issues, thinking solutions, and escalating across multiple stakeholders for driving decision making.
- Monitoring activities in parallel with progress on long-term integration activity.
- Tracking integration success metrics post close in partnership with the leadership team.
- Helping to build out and improve M&A integration capability through process improvement
