Missions:
As Permanent Control and Information Security Analyst, you will join the Operational Risk Management and Permanent Control Department of CACEIS Bank S.A., Germany Branch (CBG).
Your role will be to support this Team and more particularly the CBG Information Security Officer (CISO CBG). The CISO CBG is responsible for all CACEIS Germany Branch internal issues related to information security. He is the central contact person for internal and external inquiries, coming from the supervisory authorities, external auditors, internal audit department and the CACEIS Group. His role is also to implement CACEIS Group and CBG regulations and governance as well as the maintenance of information security work instructions and for the communication within CBG.
In this context, your main missions will be:
- Analysis and approvals of new or revised access rights in User Access Management context (Business Profil Management) and perform related controls (toxic rights and need to know)
- Processing the ongoing review of access rights in IT landscape
- Perform IT provider information security assessments and follow-ups
- Control of implementation of information security policy
- Application security approvals (Risk Analysis/Functional Design)
- Support the Operational Risk and Permanent Control team regarding projects

Profile:
- University, Business School or Engineering School's Degree (Bachelor or Master)
- A first experience in Risk management is a plus as well as IT Knowledge
Hard Skills:
- Basic Risk Management knowledge;
- Ability to interpret legal and regulatory texts ;
- Knowledge in IT process framework (ITIL, COBIT);
Soft Skills:
- Communication skills;
- Analytical capabilities;
- High level of service orientation and of quality assurance;
- Team spirit and self-dependent working manner.
IT Skills:
- MS Office (Powerpoint, Word, Outlook)

Language Skills:
- English : fluent
