Job purpose and key deliverables:

 

·  Optimizing “Make KPIs” via continuous process improvements and process behavior analysis;
·  Supporting the production department by managing statistical process control systems and involvement in continuous improvement projects;
·  Analyzing data to seek for trends and good/bad performers;
·  Initiating, leading or taking part in improvement actions or projects that focus on production performance (KPIs);
·  Supporting production teams in structured root causes analysis (i.e. breakdown analysis);
·  Ensuring improvements are sustainable;
·  Providing dashboards for production teams and management;
·  Providing input into Maintenance Processes;
·  Maintaining confidentially when entrusted with information of a sensitive nature;
·  Closing cooperation with “Make” department regarding processes in order to obtain performance and product quality improvements;
·  Supporting the implementation of new processes and technologies;
·  Maintaining an environment which drives continuous improvement, through cross-functional cooperation and regular communication with other BAT entities;
·  Implementing best practices and common platforms, sharing experience/knowledge with other functions and factories within Operations.

 

Essential requirements:

 

·  Relevant studies in Engineering/ Technical field;
·  Advanced knowledge of the English language (both written and verbal)
·  Previous experience in relevant field;
·  Basic project management skills (e.g. Visual management tools and Prince2)
·  Ability to work in teams and good communication skills
·  Experience in working with MS Excel (VBA, macro,etc.)
·  Analytical skills
