We are one of the leading specialists in the field of post tensioning, complex precasting, and related construction techniques. We are the preferred technical and practical solutions provider to a wide range of structural applications.
The Project Manager will report directly to the Operations Manager and is responsible for managing projects from the initiation through closeout including:
• Participating in the project planning and design process and reviewing plans;
• Managing the project on a day-to-day basis;
• Coordinating implementation of a Project Safety/ Quality/ Environment Plan.
• Preparation and maintenance of budgets, reporting monthly any deviations with reasoning and recovery plans;
• Managing the contract to ensure both compliance with all aspects and maximizing the Company’s entitlements;
• Managing subcontractors, suppliers and other parties to ensure both equity and maximizing the Company’s entitlements;
• Being the contact person for Clients, Consultants, Local Authorities and any other relevant Stakeholders;
• Ensuring compliance with conditions of contract, project design, local codes, quality and safety standards
• Creating and managing the project team;
• Monitoring project progress and managing resources in line with the Project budget in order to achieve any project milestone dates;
• Scheduling and leading regular project meetings;
• Other responsibilities and duties as assigned.


•Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent;
•Highly self-motivated, a team player capable of forming and leading a site team;
•Strong organizational, analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills;
•Ability and willingness to work at different locations within NSW and Interstate;
•Fluent in English
•Fluent in Spanish
•Good level of French and Arabic will be a plus
