Description du poste :

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior HR Manager to join our business.
The role:
Providing business partnering on HR/ER matters to a designated portfolio of contracts and projects

Implementing specific HR projects and change initiatives, such as Investors in People, aligned to operational business plans

Delivering improved management capability through coaching and upskilling initiatives

Identifying talent and/or recruiting to deliver future succession plans

Liaising with recognised trade unions and staff representatives to ensure effective partnerships are maintained


The person will have:
Degree-level CIPD qualification or equivalent, or be qualified by experience, with in-depth knowledge of employment and case law

Substantial experience in delivering effective employee relations

A coaching style with the ability to upskill line managers

Experience of dealing with Trade Unions and TUPE

Experience of working in the FM and/or Infrastructure sectors

Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

Ability to pass an Enhanced DBS check

Clean driving licence
