Your contribution to something big

Act as 1st contact with customer for quality related topics, claims, warranty or clarifications. Responsible for PPAP to customers (GM/Ford). Support in problem solving methodology in problems reported by customer. Customer support trough customer portals KPI monitoring. Update internal Bosch Claim System (IQIS). Coordinate containment actions at Bosch and customer plants.
