Working within the Retail sector and as part of a small and friendly team, the Customer Service Administrator will be working in a fast-paced environment that offers variety and the opportunity to develop a career within a growing organisation. The other aspect of the role is the goods in, you would also be responsible for managing the goods in of delivery's (20% of the role)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

� Processing invoices in a bespoke based excel database.

� Producing quotations

� Building relationships with clients and advising on products

� Allocating stock and checking in of goods

� Dealing with inbound telephone enquiries

� Managing and coordinating team diary for future jobs and site visits

� Supporting external teams and ordering of stock

� Ensuring a high level of customer service is delivered at all times

� Managing the goods in process (20% of the position)

Full product training will be given, and ongoing product development will be required to keep up to date with new brands and products. Our client's business are successful due to its team mentality so you must enjoy working as part of a team and have a flexible approach with adhoc tasks.

Salary: £18,000 (depending on experience)

Hours: Mon - Friday 8am-5pm (work 4 weekdays)

Sat 9am-5pm

Location: Chelmsford

Free Parking : Due to location, you must have a sole usage of vehicle
