Job description:
Assure day-to-day support to large international corporates for all cash management product.
Main activities:
Understand and analyse the client's challenges related to their activity and support the client through various channels
Answer to client enquiries or requests in the field of cash management
Lead daily, regular analyses of the client's cash management activities and suggest solutions to optimise payment methods, connectivity channels or cash pools
Proactive behaviour to inform the client of events / incidents that could affect the management of their cash flows
Manage any client issues
