Poste et missions:
As a Third party and Sales Associate, you will be the main support of the Tenders & Contracts
Manager.
You will work closely with Managed Service Contract accounts (MSC), Contract Managers, third party
companies, Sales Administration, Quality Department, Finance department, bioMérieux Global and
Local Master Data teams.
Your responsibilities include, but, are not limited to:
- Coordination of the Third Party suppliers : Set up products for sale on SAP and create
purchase order, Manage the price renewal process, Communicate directly with Third Party
companies to address product delivery or quality issues, Receive and reconcile invoices.
- Management of quarterly reconciliations of the MSC
- Preparation and analysis of sales reports for the sales teams, both monthly and adhoc
- Coordination of the mailing project using our CRM database
- Management , creation and updating of quality documentation related to the Tenders and
contract department
Profil:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Finance/Sales or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience in business analysis, sales administration, especially with the use of SAP
and Excel.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in English to be able to communicate with key stakeholders.
- Relevant experience or cultural understanding with international environment
