Currently we are looking forSAP Consultant with high level of Germanto work on a long-term project in one of our major clients, a german multinational company located in Vallès area. The worker will be responsible of technical customer support for the internal workers of the company on the SAP tools for HCM modules.

Also, the selected profile will join in a fix-contract our client’s team after 6 months working with us.

Will perform the following tasks:

– Technical support to German and English key users arround the company
– Support lvl1 and 2 by phone and ticketing tool
– Team support: improvements
– Reporting and trouble-shooting

The candidate selected will be part of a high performance environment in a multinational company dedicated to retail services.

Requisitos

• Experience as a technical support or customer service
• Technical background
• Native or high level of german
• Preferable SAP knowledge
