  Objectives:
·  Keep updated and implement global treasury guidelines and propose with supervisor for necessary adjustment.
·  Keep updated of local regulations, analyze the impact over local businesses, perform knowledge transfer to related parties, send alert messages to business partners and propose new solutions.
·  Drive and maintain local authorities' relationship (mainly SAFE and PBOC).
·  Drive streamlining of onshore treasury processes
·  Implement group treasury guidelines and local regulated procedures, to ensure internal & external compliance with regard to all treasury activities.
·  Cooperate with Regional Treasury, China functions and local companies to ensure effective and efficient roll out of corporate finance works
·  Maintain a good working relationship with relevant regulatory bodies, and provide support to ad hoc inquiries to business partners. Main Task:
·  Maintain and enhance relationship with local banks to ensure bank facilities are executed and implemented smoothly as well as to keep updated of the banking market and macro economy of China
·  Manage local banking relationship, follow up with the quality of banking services as well as specific issues if any, and report on bank visits in a proper and timely manner, so as to ensure clear and open discussions are documented.
·  Manage local authorities' relationship (mainly SAFE and PBOC)
·  Lead and coordinate with other functions for new company set up and liquidation with regard to treasury matters, including equity, share transfer, group loan, bank accounts, and dividends.
·  Bank structure / bank account set up and maintenance in considering the Regional Treasury's cash management arrangement, local practices and local regulation requirements.
·  Financing structure (group loan/ banking facility/ cash pooling and etc.) set up and maintenance for the companies under service platform based on the evaluation of each company's business partnering activities.
·  Work closely with Regional Treasury and local service platform and local companies of various projects like new establishment, M&A, liquidation, providing suggestions towards cooperate financing by consulting with local authorities about the update local regulations and coordinate with each parties to fulfill the target.
·  Coordinate with JV entities for yearly dividend distribution planning and follow up with JV companies for physical dividend distribution when approved. Communicate with JV entities to understand their financing needs and provide necessary support or advice if required.
·  Understand the filing requirements deriving from internal & external auditing & reporting over treasury-related transactions, develop a clear framework of filing, and keep related documents in a well-organized way. Requirements:
·  Education: Bachelor's degree or above in finance or accounting
·  Working Experience: Minimum 5 year working experiences in treasury field in MNCs or banks
·  Technical & Professional Knowledge: Microsoft Office incl. Access, SAP
