Objectives:

·  The IT Business Partner is based in Shanghai to support/supervise on-site IT activities at Jinshan
·  Support IT related project and provide professional reports and recommendation
·  Ensure application design and implementation in compliance, parent companies and statutory cyber security laws and regulations, as well as industry best practice.

Main Tasks:

·  Create IT and software concepts, architectures and implement IT applications.
·  Plan, assign and direct the activities of professional and technical personnel involved in the design, development and system analysis functions required to create new applications or install and implement new software.
·  Digital project support and deployment.
·  Responsible for application implementation in Cloud for business requirements.
·  Review and analyze existing application programs and programs in development to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of these programs.
·  Provide technical information and advice regarding network interconnections and application architecture.
·  Oversee the steering and control of local On-site activities in the site in support of SLAs, of internal teams and external providers, for daily infrastructure services, related to Workplace support, Network support and Server support.
·  Administration all IT hardware, software, licenses, warranties, maintenance, service agreements, etc.
·  Provide budgets and investments for the annual Hardware Investment planning for existing hardware in the legal entities in Great China countries.
·  Ensure application design and implementation in compliance, parent companies and statutory cyber security laws and regulations, as well as industry best practice. 

Requirements:

·  University Degree (Bachelor) with at least 3 years of experience in Data Center IT Site Services
·  Knowledge & Skills
·  Able to work on-site in Shanghai and willing to work after office hours (if needed)
·  Strong expertise in modern web architectures (web applications, serverless services, development languages, security concepts). 
·  Overall experience with software architecture including application front-end, backend, middleware, database, message queue.
·  Good Knowledge of Data Center Facility, Data Center Facility/Hosted Equipment
·  Good knowledge on Server Operating Systems (Linux & Windows), Web Services (Tomcat, Nginx or IIS), Database services (MySQL)
·  Experience in script languages (Python, Bash or PowerShell) for operation and integration
·  Exposure to DevOps tools stack (GitLab, Jenkins) and process
·  Fluent written and oral English;
·  Good Coordination Skills, Vendor Management Skills
