Objectives:

·  The position is to provide outbound transportation service, monitor performance of 3rd party logistics service provider. It shall ensure the agreed service level with cost control and in compliance with governmental requirements, BASF company policies and Transportation and Distribution Safety (TDS) requirements. 

Main Tasks:

·  Provide transportation service for BPCC, including outbound Domestics Transportation from shipment planning, shipment execution and end-to-end monitoring.
·  Be End-to-End accountable for outbound transport operations, working with CSO and logistics service providers to make sure delivery to customer in safe, efficient and cost-effective way.
·  Arrange TM freight settlement & invoice verification and settle cost with LSP correctly and timely
·  Solve problems in daily operation with coordination with internal departments and external logistics service providers to provide good service to internal/external customer with competitive cost.
·  Conduct LSP performance (KPI) management and regular review meeting, implement accountable and reliable solution for service level continuous improvement, incl. Non-conformity investigation, root cause identification, define preventive/corrective measurements and implementation, till pending item resolved and case closed
·  Monitor Track & Trace tool daily running, address issues & functional development requirement based on business needs.
·  Keep Working Procedures and Instructions updated by regular review, ensure transportation fully adhered to government regulations, ISO procedures / processes / working instructions and TDS requirements
·  Support team leader in continuous improvements including cost optimization & project implementation review
·  Support team leader in Insurance Claim for transportation damages and losses.

Requirements:

·  College degree or above in International trade, logistics, supply chain or related discipline
·  Above 3 years working experience in transportation management or supply chain. Working experience in chemical industry is preferred
·  Fluent English in listening, reading & writing, good at Microsoft Office and communication, experience in SAP operation is preferred.
