What you can expect

During your internship starting in February 2020, you will gain exciting insights into executive development at BASF's top management level.

·  As part of our project team, you will further develop our personnel development portfolio for senior executives.
·  You will work on topics to shape leadership culture at BASF, e.g. via feedback culture, digitization, potential analysis, training as well as diversity and inclusion.
·  Through benchmarking and internet research you will identify optimization needs as well as innovative, creative approaches.
·  You will take part in project meetings, create presentations and minutes and gain insights into the operational work of our unit.

What we expect

·  The focus of your studies lies on the areas of personnel and management development and you strive to put your theoretical knowledge into practice.
·  You enjoy working independently and are familiar with MS Office applications.
·  You will be convincing in conversations and presentations in English.
·  The ability to contribute to a team in order to achieve success together completes your profile.
