What you can expect

Our Plant Safety Competence Center unit provides support and advice to the operational units at the Ludwigshafen site as a capable specific unit in holding plant safety discussions. This applies to both old facilities and new investment projects.

·  As a point of contact for the Ludwigshafen site, you will advise our customers on all issues relating to plant safety.
·  You will plan and implement safety appraisals and will draft safety concepts for specific plants or equipment, materials or processes.
·  In cases of damage, you will investigate the causes and communicate your findings in order to further develop our field on an ongoing basis.
·  Furthermore, supporting continuing and professional education activities as a specialized representative is one of your tasks, as well as giving talks and writing articles for publications.

What we expect

·  You have successfully completed your degree in chemistry or process engineering.
·  You bring several years of expertise in production.
·  Knowledge of chemical engineering and skills in the areas of safety, health and environmental protection are part of your repertoire.
·  With strong argumentation skills, a good sense of empathy and a pronounced focus on service and customers you distinguish yourself.
·  You demonstrate your good work organization and analytical mindset in your day-to-day work as part of the team.
