Objectives:
·  This position is responsible to ensure logistics and planning activities aligned with business needs. He/she is also responsible for development and coordination of EV regional quality process Main Tasks:
·  Drive for planning and logistics optimization of BACH AO plant. Manage a team of scheduling and logistics coordination
·  Represent the BU to manage third party logistics contractor working at site
·  Manage a team consists of production planner and logistics coordinators
·  Providing business solution for plant maintenance
·  Responsible for global, regional, greater China supply chain/logistics digitalization project implementation
·  Configuration possibility by SAP (Customizing) and configuration implemented for BASF
·  Designing, consulting, implementing and supporting innovative IT planning solutions
·  Consulting and supporting our internal business partners dealing with complex business processes and questions concerning IT applications in the planning environment
·  Focusing on integrated value chain and collaborative planning processes and the supporting IT tools
·  Responsible for the development and implementation of new IT solutions as well as the further development of existing products and services as part of a self-organized team
·  Promoting the development of innovative solutions and the digital transformation of internal planning tools
·  Working closely with other Develop and Operation teams and establishing agile ones working methods within the teams Requirements:
·  Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, with a focus on IT or Computer Science
·  Previous experience in IT consulting and in-depth knowledge around planning solutions or systems such as SAP APO / IBP, Kinaxis or OMP.
·  Previous experience with agile development methods like Scrum
·  Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English
