The employee benefits for our own staff are massive and AXA as employer has the responsibility to secure the rights of its active employees and retirees over the next decade while promoting greater portability and flexibility consistent with the expectation of the younger labor generation.

For reference, our total defined benefit pension obligation is about 21bn€ as at year end 2017, across 12 countries, for a total asset of 12bn€; ranking AXA number 1 in the CAC40 in terms of liability. The corresponding benefit annual expense amounts to approximately 400m€.

In this context, the employee benefits for our own staff are more than ever under scrutiny and needs to be followed, analyzed and optimized under the Group supervision, and more precisely by the Group Employee Benefits department, with the strong support of each Employee Benefits Manager in every countries.

As a member of the Employee Benefits department, you will support the team on the following subjects:

· Participate in the implementation and follow-up by local entities of the AXA Group Standard and Employee Benefits policy
· Work closely with local entities to ease the set-up of the governance on employee benefits and to prepare Local Benefits Committees
· Be responsible of the monitoring of a global Employee Benefits database
· Follow legislative updates on Employee Benefits topics and be able to assess the HR, Financial and Accounting impacts
· Contribute and help key stakeholders at local and group levels in the delivery of tangible outcomes related to the potential cost savings and de-risking opportunities
· Prepare and validate the individual database for actuarial valuations and grant of performance shares dedicated to retirement
· Perform individual pension calculations
· Help with the update of the annual report for employee benefits related sections
· In addition, you will work on some other transversal initiatives or specific studies on Employee Benefits (mergers and acquisitions operations, medical and protection plans, flexible benefits, car benefits, …)

Profil recherché

Qualifications :

Education and experience

·  Actuarial and/or mathematical degree
·  Between 2 and 5 years of relevant experience in Benefits
·  Experienced in working in an international environment is a plus

Soft and technical skills

·  Fluent French and English (oral and written)
·  Strong analytical skills
·  Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
·  Strong communication, presentation and organizational skills
