POSITION SUMMARY :


The project manager assistant works together with the BL Excellence Partner & Incubation Manager in the tasks related to the conduct of a project. His role is essential in that he is the operational relay of the project manager to the geography teams.
In detail, the assistant project manager participates in the design phase of the project, he can participate in the drafting of the specifications, define and update the steps, provide reporting / monitoring for the project manager, he participate in the deployment of initiatives and ensure compliance with the budget and deadlines.
Finally he can accompany change by participating in the definition of training for users. This will also help you to understand the importance of different dimensions (Partner / Business Line / Geography ...), identifying key indicators and evolution, identifying outliers, and finding a better understanding of the root cause.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

In support of the program manager:

• Defining the key indicators and dimensions, mapping the current situation in collaboration with the Q&CX team members, the geographies, the stakeholders and the managers of the Key Partners;
• Building the views for a recurring use;
• Contribute to identify issues and solutions;
• The project manager assistant evaluates with the excellence partner or with the incubation lab manager the feasibility of the project, Analysis of customer needs and exposes ideas;
• The project manager assistant studies the results, and defines the tune-ups;
• The project manager assistant sets up the governance bodies and writes contraries and follows the progress / planning;
• The project manager assistant provides functional support to the different teams;
• Defines procedures & can write processes;
• Can establish a Business Case;
• The project manager assistant investigates the different teams and summarizes this in a follow-up document;
• Create and compile a workbench that will serve the needs analysis.

Education, Professional Qualifications and Experience :

Master level student in Engineering school or business school
