Job description

Job Purpose
Within the Trade Support France team, the candidate will be responsible for providing operational support to the various trading desks, fund manageers and ensure the proper execution of operations in the front to back systems.
Key Accountabilities
- Monitoring of the Trade Flow between Axa IM Front Office system and our partner State Street Bank.
- Provide support to trading, to ensure prompt and accurate execution of trades
- Ensuring that the front office and back office source system, trade data matches and exceptions are handled in a timely manner
- Manage, analyze and provide resolutions to trade queries and identify specific reasons for trending exceptions
- Manage, Analyze and escalate unmatched trades and failing trades to SSB and other various interested parties.,
- Dealing with any systematic issues and liaise with appropriate technology teams to resolve the issues.
- Identify, manage and assist in process improvements, testing and limiting risk by extensive controls on a daily basis.
- Responsible for reporting to the Front Office and any other parties, any occasion where the business might be at risk; ensure adequate controls in place to mitigate these risks.
- Manage key relationships with external and internal clients/colleagues and third parties.
- Assisting with the development and enhancement of the Trade Support Function.
Othserwise, the Trade Support Analyst is expected to
- Take initiatives to enhances the various processes
- Communicate with the various departments; Front office, IT, Operations etc..

Furthermore, the Trade Support Analyst will have:
Education/Qualifications
- A customer oriented focus both to our internal and external clients
- Established excellent communication and leadership skills, integrity to work with a wide range of people and within varied and evolving working environment.
- Knowledge of a range of products, including, Bonds, Equities, FX, Derivatives and Mutual Funds.
Experience
- Educated to University Level, ideally with professional qualifications.
- Fluent in English and an advantage of speaking French
- Proven work Track record of up to 1-3 Years
- Thorough knowledge of financial products and processes from end to end of financial operations
- IT articulate
- Strong logical reasoning and problem solving skills, excellent communication skills, commercially orientated and the ability to plan, prioritise and successfully assist in the implementation of projects
Knowledge and Skills
- Operating Systems Excellent Knowledge of: Microsoft Windows/Microsoft Office
- Software MS Word, Excel (intermediate/macro level), Power Point, Access. Bloomberg, Simcorp and CTM/Global Oasys. Market Axess and trade Web would be advantageous.
