*This position is based in Cherrywood*

A position has arisen within the Customer Experience area in the Premium Collections team. This is an excellent opportunity to learn new skills and further your experience in a vibrant and meaningful environment.

This is a busy area of the business, combining working towards tight deadlines with providing outstanding customer service.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Processing customer payments: cheques, efts, card payments
  • Processing premium refunds and direct debit updates
  • Assisting with policies and accounts reconciliations
  • Maintaining team mailbox and reviewing queries in timely manner
  • Supporting the Team Leader in providing excellent customer service at all times
  • Maintaining high standards of communication to our internal and external customers
  • Liasing with customers and brokers in relation to queries that arose
  • Work together with the Life Claims, Existing Business, New Business and Pension teams

Skills & Experience required

  • Strong verbal written & communication skills
  • Good PC skills
  • Energy, drive and a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Have a strong customer focus delivering outstanding customer service
  • High level of accuracy and attention to details
  • Experience working under pressure to deadlines
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Have a good knowledge of Life and Pensions products and their features
