Missions:

- To support the Career Mobility team manage the internal mobility of our

workforce to support the internal first strategy

- To Support and run training webinars for employees and managers

- To support the update on social media platform with training and news

- To support recruitment teams and streamline processes to ensure profiles are

matched with opportunities

- Support key people strategy

- Participate at calls with multiple Country representatives

- Help develop a graduate program with training and international elements

 

Profile:

- Fluent in English

- Ability to manage spreadsheets, data and manipulate data- good attention for

detail

- Creative and ok to work with ambiguity as we are setting things up so need

flexibility
