The Technical Center in Sofia  is looking for a Telecommunication Engineer that provides solution design, installation, commissioning, and technical support for highly complex Enterprise solutions  (OS4000 system). 

 

Everyday tasks include:

• Monitoring queues for ticket requests
• Be available on Hotline
• Provide real-time support
• Search knowledge management database for solutions
• Provide workaround or solution to the customers
• Engage vendor support for incident investigation
• Evaluates existing problems to link incidents
• Creates Problem Tickets for unknown errors
• Creates or updates knowledge management records
• Emergency investigation of Outages

 

Profile of the employee:
• Technical school or technical university degree
• Knowledge in IT or telecommunication area
• Knowledge of operating systems (UNIX, LINUX)
• Fluent English
• Very good analytical and communication skills
• Cultural awareness and intercultural experiences
