For our B&Ps division based in Nyon or Zürich, we are currently looking for a

 

SAP S/4 Solution/Migration Architect

 

As an SAP S/4 Migration Architect you are subject matter expert on migration scenarios, migration methodologies as SAP Activate. You have a solid understanding of SAP Leonardo and Cloud possibilities. You have a solid knowledge of Key Functional and Technical topics of a system conversion to S/4.

As an SAP S/4 Solution Architect you are our subject matter expert in SAP ERP core functionality (Procurement, Sales, Finance, Inventory, Manufacturing, etc) with business process experience in some business areas like Retail, Machinery, Pharma etc.

You have a solid overall understanding of integrations between different functions within enterprise solutions. Also, you will be responsible for process analysis, business requirements gathering, impact analysis and solution implementations. You enjoy working with internal and external business partners. You know SAP S/4 Solution and product trends, understand transformation approaches from old to actual SAP S/4 Solution, understand business benefits due to digital transformation projects. You communicate well and have fun to build good relationships with key business and IT stakeholders as well as you demonstrate leadership by aligning with client business goals.

 

What is the goal of your role

 

·  You share business values of new SAP S/4 Solutions to a customer and can prove design and prove new system architecture to achieve business goals
·  You effectivelyassist business leaders and senior IT management in leading the organization in the identification, evaluation, and selection of SAP S/4 Solutions using industry best practices. Identify, analyse, and communicate SAP and non-SAP options, making recommendations to management.You are great at communicatingto the appropriate audience and build consensus around the recommended solutions
·  Work with Project Management team to analyse, design, build, test and implement solutions in a timely manner
·  Create prescriptive examples of new technical approaches (both proof-of-concept and also potentially production ready componentry) to illustrate technology directions or best practices. Provide guidance on the evolution of systems and architectures and the adoption of such technologies that meet specified cost/ benefit criteria. Develop prototypes and conduct recommendations, contract and service level requirements, etc
·  Preform price benchmarks and cost estimation and modelling of various technologies for consideration

 

What you bring

·  You have a certification of SAP S/4 (professional level)
·  You have contributed to SAP S/4 migration projects, so you bring strong knowledge of SAP S4 HANA migrationimplementation approaches
·  You understand General SAP S/4 Solution map and the differences between S/4 from SAP ECC
·  Experience in design, development, implementation, testing of IT systems based on SAP S/4 Solutions
·  You bring solid knowledge of SAP project methodologies (ASAP, SAP Activate) as well as SAP integration tools
·  With your excellent leadership and inspiring communication skillsyou can buildeffective relationships
·  Effectiveteammember withmotivation,enthusiasmandhigh flexibility
·  Spoken and written English language skills, German and/or French beneficial
