People & Change Consultants – Digital Transformation Practice

The opportunity

Atos Consulting helps clients deliver innovation to their customers and improve cost and effectiveness by leveraging Information Technologies. With over 1,500 experts we provide advisory services and expertise so that our clients keep control of their processes and projects, can customise as much as required by directly managing the resources provided, and keep ownership of their assets and systems. Our five practices: Business Performance Improvement, IT Strategy and Transformation, Information Governance, Risk and Compliance, Digital Transformation, Digital Technology Unit, offer a range of cost effective transformation and innovative solutions tailored to each industry-sector.

We are looking for bright and interesting people at all career stages to join our Digital Organisation & Transformation practice, which is 20-strong and a rapidly growing team. We are recruiting Early Career Consultants to meet the demand from our clients and develop our core team.

We deliver an exciting toolkit of business change solutions. Our projects range from leading a communications team on a technology change programme, to supporting the roll-out of digital platforms, to enabling flexible ways of working – meeting the business imperative to create a Digital Workplace. We often work in partnership with our colleagues from the wider Atos. As a community, we get together frequently – remotely or face to face – but travel and stints away from home do come with the consulting territory.

One of our differentiators is that we can deliver consulting-led technology solutions at rapid pace using digital and agile approaches, and these roles span the lifecycle from initial business impact assessments through to change management. We are especially interested in experience of using the latest behavioural science techniques (e.g. “nudge”) in this field.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

·  Consultants in the Digital Organisation & Transformation practice have a key role to play at bid/sales and delivery phases, and typically:
·  Design solutions which optimise, reshape or redesign the way a business works
·  Deliver the interventions that successfully prepare an organisation for change
·  Partner effectively with senior and client stakeholders

Signs of success

To be successful in this role, you’ll need a rich combination of experience, proven skills and personal attributes. See below to find out if you’re the person we’re looking for.

Essential criteria:

Experience leading or contributing to one or more of the core change offerings in a business transformation programme:

Strategic Planning for Change – developing the case for change; agreeing the future state; evaluating our client’s readiness for change. For example: building a business case for the CIO of a leading professional services firm, and using rich media to communicate the vision and journey.

Mobilising and Engaging – establishing Change Leadership; managing stakeholder resistance; delivering communications and engagement strategies and plans. For example: creating a company-wide campaign for a blue-chip energy sector client that enables its people to adopt emerging business technologies.

Delivering the change – developing the organisation; aligning the business and its operations. For example: designing and delivering an end user training and learning programme for a government department.

Appreciation of how organisations are responding to the digital agenda, though the focus is on business transformation rather than digital technology

Industry expertise in one or more of the following sectors: public, retail/FMCG, transport, financial services, telecoms, utilities, automotive, healthcare/life sciences

Willing and able to work flexibly including globally to serve our clients

Here at Atos, we want all of our employees to feel valued, appreciated, and free to be who they are at work. Our employee lifecycle processes are designed to prevent discrimination against our people regardless of gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, age, neurodiversity, disability status, citizenship, or any other aspect which makes them unique. Across the globe, we have created a variety of programs to embed our Atos culture of inclusivity, and work hard to ensure that all of our employees have an equal opportunity to contribute and feel that they are exactly where they belong.

Make every future a success.
