Position / Profile Name:

Mandatory technical skills & experience (detailed)

Skill

1. Expert knowledge and experience of SCCM 2007/2012 and Microsoft Deployment Toolkit in a Global Environment

2. Experience in Support and Infrastructure troubleshooting of SCCM, Win 7, 8,Windows 10  and MDT (Microsoft deployment toolkit) related issues.

3. In depth knowledge of PC hardware systems and architectures

4. Desktop Virtualization experience (VMWare, HyperV or XEN) a plus

5. Excellent Client / Customer Facing skills - building trusted relationships - delivering high value service

6. Self-driven and resourceful to achieve goals independently as well as work well in groups.

7. Flexibility to adjust to changing requirements, schedules and priorities.

8. Excellent communication, writing, meeting facilitation.

9. Appv deployment via SCCM and troubleshooting issues with app-v

10. Thin client management and support

SCCM Certified , ITIL V3 Foundation

Special skills / Certifications/Requirements if any

1. Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience

2. Microsoft Certifications preferred for SCCM

 Shift working / 24x5 / 24 x7

Job Description

Candidate will be responsible for

1. Third line desktop support – Win 7 & 8, Windows 10

2. Patch deployment to all workstations through SCCM

3. Software Applications deployment through SCCM to pilot systems then rolled out in production.

4. Troubleshooting patch conflicts with client and ensure 95% compliance

5. Maintain the SCCM application at the server and client levels  6. Deployment and Management of OS using MDT

7. Adding application and driver packs in MDT

8. GPO management 3 rd line support

9. Reporting query/ SQL query SCCM for adhoc reporting.
