Description

As endpoint management expert is responsible for service operations, and support for all Atos managed endpoints through Intune. This holds for company owned and non-company owned devices.

Responsibilities

·  Responsible for Incident and Change Management following the KPI/SLA in place for CHESS2 endpoints
·  Undertake creation of ad-doc or regular service report generation as required (adoption / license usage etc.).
·  Proactively undertake awareness, technical readiness training and upskilling to ensure continued capability of Intune
·  Understand Intune and Atos roadmap
·  Understand impact of new or changed functionalities
·  Understand Security Concepts, like Conditional Access, Windows Information Protection, Azure Information Protection

Technical and functional skills

·  Mandatory experience of 5+ Years of support experience in endpoint management solutions (SCCM, Airwatch, Intune, others)
·  Powershell scripting knowledge
·  Intune administration expertise
·  Azure Expertise
·  Azure AD expertise
·  ADFS expertise
·  Should have clear conceptual knowledge of AAD / ADFS technology.
·  Knowledge of SharePoint and O365 groups is required
·  Candidate should know the work process under ITIL guidelines and change management process.
·  Ok to work in different shift and in a 24*7 environment.

Education

Bachelor's degree in IT

Training / certification

·  Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (Exam MD-100 and Exam MD-101)      
·  Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900)
