Business Analyst (Payment Schemes)

As a Business Analyst, you will work within Worldline Merchant Services division in the Payment Scheme Team. You will be in contact with various internal (Finance, Pricing, Product Managers, etc.) & external stakeholders (including suppliers) and play a key role in Payment Schemes projects including monitoring costs, managing licenses and compliancy processes and supporting the organization on various other projects.
Your Role
Support and carry out business analyses (create, maintain, organize, priorities and carry out projectsand operational changes related to scheme changes)
Support product management in translating scheme compliance business requirements tosystem/functional requirements
Build up and maintain in-depth knowledge of trending topics to act as internal expert (e.g. on cardscheme regulations)
Handling non-compliance issues and providing guidance & support to all stakeholders
Reporting towards schemes and internal departments
Act as central contact for card scheme changes towards the internal organization
Communicate scheme changes internally
Writing compliance memos for internal use, e.g. used by Sales.
Your Skills
Higher Degree in Finance, Management or related field
A first relevant experience in a similar position is a must
Fluent in English and French and/or Dutch
Analytical mindset
Proactive, dynamic, autonomous, “can do mentality”
Able to set priorities, assess risk and develop a helicopter view
A 1stexperience as Business Analyst or Project Manager is a real plus
Strong interest in the Payment sector
