Position Description

TN Americas is seeking an Quality Engineer II . This position is responsible for input from Project Team Members and Quality Management to establish project quality requirements, develop Project Oversight Plans and any necessary supporting instructions.

Additional job responsibilities will include the following:

· Coordinate and implement Project Oversight Plans (audit, surveillance, in-process monitoring and inspection) for the purpose of determining supplier conformance with USNRC Certificate of Compliance conditions, Quality Assurance Program criteria and other project and customer requirements.
· Review quality documents (supplier submittals, TN internal, resulting records, etc.) for conformance with Project requirements.
· Develop certification documents for fabricated hardware attesting to conformance with Project requirements.
· Provide the single point of contact on quality matters between the customer quality assurance representative and TN.
· Provide support for audits, surveillances and inspections of TN activities (home office and subcontracted fabrication suppliers) by external parties (Customers, USNRC, ASME, etc).

Desired profile

Qualifications :

All candidates must meet the following minimum requirements in order to be considered for this opportunity. Candidates who exceed minimum qualifications may be considered for a higher level position:
·  BS in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering/Engineering Technology, plus 2-4 years of related experience in an engineering, or manufacturing environment. An advanced degree may be substituted for related exp. (MS 1-2 yrs. or PhD 1-3 yrs.).
·  Prior commercial nuclear quality assurance work experience.
·  Strong written and verbal communication skills.
·  Knowledge of current marketing and social media applications
·  Proficiency with PC-based applications such as MS Office.
·  Ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and management.Ability to change priorities quickly, confront issues directly and work well as part of a team.

The fol lowing requirements are desired and will be used to differentiate all candidates who apply for this position.

· 
Prior work experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering within a manufacturing environment.

· 
Experience with writing procedures.

· 
Audit experience with NQA-1 and ISO 9001 programs
