The successful candidate will play a critical role in sourcing engineers and other technical talent for our Amazon Web Services businesses in Tel Aviv. This role serves as Technical Sourcer for the Utility Computing businesses located in Tel Aviv and other EMEA locations and will draw on extensive knowledge of the business; forge dynamic relationships with leaders, hiring managers, HR partners and work directly in partnership with Recruiters in building out their own next generation sourcing strategies.

The successful candidate will be joining a team with a broad scope in both technologies and teams. The AWS Utility Computing Talent Acquisition Team for EMEA supports the technology/software development teams that build the software, applications and solutions that power AWS. We support teams in 22 locations throughout the region with main sites in Berlin, Dresden, Cape Town, Dublin, London and Tel Aviv.

Responsibilities include pipeline generation, reporting and management, building attraction strategies, interview process management and building and maintaining relations within the hiring community. You will:
- collaborate with the local team to develop and execute sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow to meet overall recruiting goals. This includes identification and thorough mapping of competitor organizations.
- identify potential candidates through the use of Boolean searches, user groups, professional and social networking, candidate referrals, networking, web sourcing etc.
- assess and qualify candidates against Amazon's Leadership Principles and build talent pools for future hiring of critical profiles
- scale sourcing methodologies and tools to meet the growing appetite for passive candidate attraction techniques within the business.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· You have several years of experience recruiting software engineers and other technical roles.
· You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
· You are skilled at partnering with hiring managers to build effective sourcing strategies.
· You have a strong customer orientation with the ability to communicate with candidates and business leaders at all levels.
· You are self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.
· Experience using data to drive decisions and build a business case when appropriate.
· You have excellent communication skills in English (required)
· You have experience working with CV databases and internet search tools.
· You are experienced driving candidate sourcing initiatives using search engines, deep-web Boolean searching, engineering social networks, etc.
