Regional Reliability & Maintenance Engineering Manager

DESCRIPTION

This role will be responsible for all engineering, maintenance and building services activities within a region for EUSC facilities. He/ she will be responsible for vendor/supplier relationship management, facilities maintenance, workplace safety, and data driven management and leadership. A prime duty will to ensure all systems; processes and resources are in place to ensure maximum availability of MHE plant and equipment. He/ she will be responsible to ensure all site critical systems are maintained in optimum condition to ensure EUSC infrastructure is available to provide the necessary environment to support Sort Operations, including electrical power, heating, cooling, building fabric, site cleanliness, roads and infrastructure. The role will manage multiple complex projects and tasks simultaneously and will develop relationships at all levels and across all Amazon teams. The RME Mgr will own the maintenance program and drive execution across multiple sites. He/ she will be accountable for management and delivery of the financial budgets.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administrations, Computer Science, Electrical Engineer or related discipline or 2+ years of Amazon experience
· Experience managing Maintenance & repair of a complex MHE system or FMCG facility
· Ability to travel up to 40% of time to visit EU facility centers is required.
