The Partner Trust Reviewer will own building operational processes and audit mechanisms to identify and address risk with our partner network. They will own the program review, conduct audits , and drive calibration outcomes and using those outcomes to build out our operational processes. This requires strong judgement, high attention to detail with the ability to drive clarity to ambiguous situations. This is an exciting time to join a team that will be inventing a path forward for this new space. This role will partner with the Partner Trust leadership and Program Management team to influence our ability to identify patterns and build solutions at scale.

A successful candidate for this role is obsessed with supporting scalable, repeatable processes with a high level of accuracy in execution. They are a self-starter who is not afraid to challenge assumptions, can communicate clearly to multiple levels within the organization. They will support building our operational metrics, be the SME for review decisions and partner with our Luxembourg team for calibration decisions.

Key responsibilities include the following:
· Build out operational processes from policy requirements.
· Set performance targets, and defect reduction goals
· Hire, manage and develop your team to meet their career goals, and build out succession plans.
· Partner with other internal Advertising teams to influence program and system design
· Influence the creation of key KPI's for your team

Desired profile



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· 2+ years of experience in Operations/Advertising or Risk Mitigation
· Proven ability to understand and manage complex systems
· Uses data to drive decisions
· Strong oral and written communication skills
· High attention to detail and strong decision making abilities
· Ability to follow an operational SOP
· Experience driving improvement, innovating new processes and driving out waste
· Proficient in data analysis in Microsoft Excel
