Here's your chance to work as an Enablement Manager on our Training & Certification team. This is a highly visible position with significant business impact.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our partners and field teams have the required skills to position the benefits of AWS. You will build programs, craft training plans and manage the flawless executing of enablement events.
You will have excellent communication skills and proven learning & development experience, ideally in the IT industry. To be successful in this position, you must be a highly motivated self-starter who is prepared to Think Big and Dive Deep.
The key responsibilities of the position include:
· Engage with China Leadership to understand the business priorities and craft suitable enablement plans.
· Plan, build and manage the delivery of China wide enablement activities for both AWS employees and partners
· Develop and maintain enablement scorecards.
· Represent AWS Training & Certification at company and industry events.
· Prepare and deliver business reviews to senior management.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Experience leading a small team of learning and development professionals.
· Experience delivering business and technical training sessions.
· Knowledge of Amazon Web Services or Cloud Computing concepts.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· 7+ year’s learning & development experience, preferably in the IT industry.
· Proven experience building and executing enablement plans.
· Strong verbal and written communications skills in English.
· Experience engaging with external training providers.
· Strong commercial experience and business acumen.
· A technical background and familiar with web, database, network and IT infrastructure concepts.
· Hands-on experience with on-line conferencing systems, desktop publishing and video editing programs.
