Do you have the operational, business and technical background necessary to help establish AWS as our partners' leading cloud computing provider?

We are looking for an experienced Partner Support Representative who can handle ambiguity, reduce complexity, and has a proven track record of delivery for a partner team. We need someone to help the team succeed and win on a day to day basis. You will engage internal and external stakeholders, enable initiatives, and work closely with teams across Amazon Web Services. We are looking for someone who is ready to roll-up their sleeves and join a tight-knit team that is tackling interesting and exciting opportunities. The ultimate goal of this role is to help enable this sales team to scale, work faster and more efficiently, deliver results and delight more customers.

This role requires strong collaboration and relationship-building skills as you will be required to work across the Partner organization to execute on partner programs and events. You should be a self-starter who is prepared to assist with execution of partner business plans, process marketing funding requests/claims, and creating relevant reporting. You should possess both a partner and operational background that enables you to drive engagement and execution in a highly-matrixed organization.

Responsibilities include:
· Support the PDM team to drive Public Sector revenue and market share with strategic ISV Technology partners as defined
· Provide marketing planning support and execution of marketing campaigns, follow up, budget and funding.
· Managing multiple program areas – maintain ongoing operations, track delivery against sales objectives and implement proposals to improve sales efficiencies. Manage numerous account activities concurrently & strategically
· Proactively identifying and resolving issues that may impair the team's ability to meet goals.
· Supporting execution of organization-wide initiatives – define project plans, implement the plan, and develop processes associated with program rollout.
· Assessing and prioritizing program/process needs based on data-driven analysis of Partner and Customer impact.
· Identifying pain points and supporting the creation of self-service tools for internal clients, partners, or stakeholders.
· Execute initiatives against Joint Partner Business Plans that leads to the creation and close of a robust sales pipeline.
· Analyze sales/metrics data to support quarterly goals and strategy.
· Manage budgets, marketing funding requests and claims to drive optimal results and operational requirements.
· Support partners with programs and tools that increase performance within your territory.
· Travel as necessary (limited)

Desired profile



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· +3 yrs of experience with software/cloud computing sales and partner business development.
· +3 yrs of partner or program management achieving quarterly revenue achievements.
· +2 yr experience and proficient in using sales automation tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, Microsoft Office.
· Bachelor' degree in marketing, business, technology, or relevant field of study or equivalent experience.
