Marketing Manager, Lead Management/Enablement

This is an opportunity to join a mission-driven marketing operations team that is dedicated to improving the processes and workflows that educate and convert today's leads/prospects into AWS public sector customers who drive tomorrow's medical cures, government services and innovations in education.

As the Marketing Manager, Lead Management/Enablement in the AWS Worldwide Public Sector Marketing team you will support a global marketing team through lead management functions. We are seeking a highly curious, passionate, and data-driven individual, who can dive deep into features and analytics to improve workflows and outcomes from leads and campaigns. The ideal candidate possesses in-depth marketing operations experience in lead management, marketing automation, and data analytics.

What You Will Do:
Uncover insights, trends, and issues across lead management.
Maintain and monitor SFDC hygiene across the use of campaigns.
Support ongoing and adhoc reporting requests.
Produce documentation and on-demand video to educate new and existing team members and enable teams globally.
Support lead management functions, conduct regular and ad-hoc reporting, provide quality assurance on lead importing and ensuring GDPR/CASL compliance for imports.
Conduct deep dive data quality audits and troubleshoot issues.
Support pilots and enablement for new marketing software initiatives.
Be a strong partner to our central teams and sales/LDR team members.
Provide support for marketing budget reporting and compliance efforts.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree in business, IT, finance, or marketing.
· Reporting/Analytics Software: Experience surfacing insights from reporting, dashboards and analysis using the following:
Advanced Excel (PivotTables, Formulas),
Salesforce/SFDC (Classic & Lightning),
Tableau/Other BI Tools
Experience working with marketing attribution model solutions like Full Circle, Bizible, and RCE.
2+ years of experience working and reporting in SFDC to track leads, suggest new fields/workflows and understanding of the interactions between the Lead, Contact, Campaign and Opportunity objects.
· Lead management/marketing automation software: Marketo/Hubspot
· Experience producing training and technical writing skills to support documentation for enterprise-level teams
· Must be able to travel globally as required for trainings and have flexibility to support team members in different time zones for office hours.
· You have experience importing lists from trade shows, updating post-event campaigns in SFDC, ensuring data quality, and navigating compliance with GDPR/CASL.
